Smoked Sea Salt - Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt is pure, solar-evaporated and domestically harvested from the Pacific Ocean. The large crystals are slow smoked in small batches by hand, using repurposed bourbon barrel staves.
Smoked Pepper - Bourbon Smoked Pepper is a quarter cracked Malabar pepper that is slow smoked using barrel staves that once held some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon. Packed with smoky flavor and aroma.
Chef's Blend - Bourbon Smoked Chef’s Blend combines sea-salt, quarter cracked pepper and paprika that has been slow-smoked over oak bourbon barrel staves. The finest demerara sugar, garlic, and parsley is added to the blend for the perfect savory-sweet balance.
Garlic Sea Salt - A bourbon smoked, easy to use, extremely flavorful version of a classic spice blend. Slow smoked by hand using bourbon barrel staves, the large crystals of salt are blended with garlic, fennel and orange peel to create a flavorful combination.
